Hi, my name is Rebecca Orme and I am based in Kent and cover the surrounding areas. Customer service and helping businesses is my passion, and assisting people with their every day tasks and problems is where I get my job satisfaction and pride in what I do.
The areas of business I specialise in are providing social media management, e-marketing, telesales campaigns and day-to-day PA and administration services.
For the past fifteen years I have been involved and surrounded by business having been part of a family business and helping it grow from scratch to a 7 figure turnover. I have gained experience in all areas of administration, which has included diary management, resolving queries, general administration, social media management, telesales and email marketing, along with upholding customer relationships.
Along with the development of assisting in the growth of a family business, I have also been employed in a corporate environment and have worked for one of the largest insurance and holiday companies in the UK where I have put my skills forward in offering first class customer services and with very high KPI’s - I am happy to say I was one of the top performers.
I am dedicated, efficient and highly self-motivated and have reached a stage in my career where I now want to help other businesses to reach their full potential - this is where I truly get my job satisfaction and fulfilment.
