● How long have you been established?

eDivert was established since 2014

 

● Do you have a contract in place?

We ask for a minimum of three months contract for us to understand your business. We ask for a 30 days notice if you decide to cancel.

 

● Will I have an account manager assigned to me?

Yes, your account manager is your main point of contact. We believe in spending time learning about your business, whilst providing a personal service. You can also have access to the wider team of the eDivert network for a specific skill set for any projects. We have experts available in Telemarketing, Email Marketing and Social Media campaigns for example. When your account manager goes on holiday, they will make sure you are still looked after by another member of the team.

 

● What are eDivert Ashford Surrey turnaround times?

We always aim to start the project a the date that works best for your business. The call answering service and live chat answering service, can often be put in place with just 2 days notice, depending on the requirements for your business. While other projects that include administrative work, telemarketing or email marketing, we may need a little bit more time to set things up.

 

● What sort of work do you do for your clients as a Virtual Assistant?

Our VA services cover Bookkeeping, Diary Management to arranging Dental Appointments. Life style support from booking a table to sending flowers.

 

● How will I know how my VA’s time is spent?

All times are recorded and detailed in a monthly report, so you have a clear view.

 

● How do I start working with you?

Call or email us, tell us what you would like help with and we will match you with the best VA on our team. This can often be done on the same day.
